Mindfulness can be an excellent way of coping with stress and anxiety.
Practicing mindfulness gives you more space in your head and gives you more options to choose in stressful situations.
Within 3,5 hours you will learn the basics of mindfulness and the fundamental practices of it:
- sitting meditation (body and breathing)
- body scanning
- mindfulness yoga
And perhaps as the most important: how to deal with all the distractions which appear when you sit down to calm down. Thoughts, sensations, disturbances – they all can be met with kindness and patience.
You will get also by e-mail mindfulness in a nut-shell and instruction to some easy meditations and yoga movements.
Your teacher Erja Lahdenperä is skillful, heartful and well experienced in mindfulness.
You need not to have any skills or knowledge beforehand. Just come in comfortable clothes and with an open and curios mind.
You will get three easy practices in a written form as well the yoga movements by e-mail.
