Mindfulness in English

Mindfulness can be an excellent way of coping with stress and anxiety.

Practicing mindfulness gives you more space in your head and gives you more options to choose in stressful situations.

 

Mindfulness in English

Within 3 hours you will learn the basics of mindfulness and the fundamental practices of it:

  • sitting meditation (body and breathing)
  • body scanning
  • mindfulness yoga

Your teacher Erja Lahdenperä is skillful, gentle and well experienced in mindfulness. As she puts it: ”Mindfulness is becoming friends with the reality and with yourself.”

You need not to have any skills or knowledge beforehand. Just come in comfortable clothes and with an open and curios mind.

You will get three easy practices in a written form as well the yoga movements by e-mail.
